Text
In case any deferred member, as
defined under section 24-51-1702 (19)(e), dies while such membership status
remains in force but before the effective date of the deferred retirement allowance,
the amount of the accumulated contribution balance at the time of death shall be
paid to the designated beneficiary of record or to the member's estate.
