§ 24-51-1303 — Life insurance beneficiary
Unless a member, DPS member,
inactive member, deferred DPS member, retiree, DPS retiree, or a court decree
names a different beneficiary for life insurance purposes, the named beneficiary
shall be the beneficiary of such life insurance.
