Text
The board is authorized to identify
and designate one or more insurance providers to offer long-term care insurance to
members, DPS members, retirees, DPS retirees, or all. Long-term care insurance
offered pursuant to this section shall be funded solely through premium payments
by members or retirees electing to contract for such insurance.
