Text
(1)Except as otherwise provided in this section,
enrollment of eligible persons in the health care program may only take place
within thirty days following either the effective date of retirement or the date of
application for retirement, whichever is later, or at such enrollment times and
pursuant to such conditions as are established by the board.
(2)Any benefit recipient, including those from the Denver public schools
division, a member, or a DPS member enrolled in the health care program who has a
change in dependents may, within thirty days after such change, add the
dependents to be enrolled in the health care program.
(3)Repealed.
