§ 24-51-1003 — Annual increases in the base benefit
The percentage
recalculated pursuant to the provisions of section 24-51-1002 shall be multiplied by
the base benefit or retirement allowance as defined in section 24-51-1702 (34),
whichever is applicable, to determine the increased benefit. In no case shall the
benefit paid be less than the base benefit or retirement allowance, whichever is
applicable.
