§ 24-50-612 — Administrative duties
(1)It is the duty of the department of
personnel to provide such assistance and to perform such duties as are necessary
to carry out the state's administrative, accounting, and clerical responsibilities in
connection with the operation of group benefit plans.
(2)and (3) Repealed.
