§ 24-50-133 — Subversive acts - disqualification
No person shall be appointed
to or retained in any position in the state personnel system who advocates or
knowingly belongs to any organization that advocates the overthrow of the
government of the United States by force or violence, with the specific intent of
furthering the aims of such organization.
