Text
(1)An employee may resign
by filing his reasons in writing with the appointing authority.
(2)Qualified employees who have resigned in good standing may be
reinstated under conditions which the board shall prescribe by rule.
(3)The board shall by rule prescribe the conditions under which absence
without leave will be construed to be an automatic resignation.
