§ 24-50-117 — Prohibited activities of employees
No employee shall engage in
any employment or activity which creates a conflict of interest with his duties as a
state employee. The board shall promulgate general rules on incompatible
activities, conflicts of interest, and employment outside the normal course of duties
of state employees.
