§ 24-50-1107 — Rights of covered employees

(1)Covered employees shall have the right to self-organization; to form, join, or assist an employee organization; to engage in the partnership process and the formation of a partnership agreement collectively through representatives of their own choosing; to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of the partnership process or other mutual aid or protection; and shall also have the right to refrain from any or all such activities, without interference, restraint, or coercion by the state or employee organization.
