As used in this part 7, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Adult education program has the same meaning as adult education and
literacy programs, as defined in section 22-10-103 (1).
(2)Apprenticeship sponsor means an employer, association, committee, or
organization that operates an apprenticeship program registered with the United
States department of labor's office of apprenticeship or a state apprenticeship
agency recognized by that office.
(3)Colorado work force center means an American jobs center established
pursuant to the federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998, 29 U.S.C. sec. 2801 et
seq., and reauthorized in the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act
of 2014, Pub.L. 113-128, that is operating in Colorado and offers training referrals,
