Text

(1)For the 2021-22 state fiscal year, the general assembly shall appropriate money from the workers, employers, and workforce centers cash fund created in section 24-75-231 (2)(a) to the department for allocation to the state council for the program. Any money appropriated in the 2021-22 state fiscal year that is not encumbered or expended at the end of that state fiscal year remains available for expenditure by the state council in subsequent state fiscal years without further appropriation. Any money received pursuant to this subsection (1) that originated from the federal coronavirus state fiscal recovery fund is subject to the requirements specified in section 24-75-226
(4)(d).
(2)The state council shall use the money appropriated pursuant to this section for the purposes
