Text
(1)The commission shall
adopt its own rules of procedure, shall elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from
its membership, and shall keep a record of its proceedings.
(2)The commission shall meet at least once each quarter. Members shall
serve without compensation but shall be entitled to reimbursement for actual and
necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
