Text
No later than February 15 of each year, the board shall make available a report to the general assembly for the previous calendar year of an accounting of all funds received and disbursed under this part
2.The board shall notify, in the most cost-effective manner available, each member
of the general assembly of the availability of such report and offer to provide each
member with a copy of the report.
