Text
If more than one claim is filed against the
moneys in escrow pursuant to section 24-4.1-201, the board shall disburse
payments from the escrow account on a pro rata basis of all judgments obtained,
according to the amount of money in the escrow account as compared to the
amount of each claim. No compensation shall be disbursed until all pending claims
have been settled or reduced to judgment.
