Text
(1)On or before January 1, 2025, and on or before
January 1 of each year thereafter, the office shall prepare a report summarizing the
progress of the grant program and the rebate program and submit the report to the
house of representatives transportation and local government committee and the
senate transportation and energy committee, or their successor committees. The
office shall post a copy of each report on its website.
(2)Notwithstanding section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), the reporting requirements set
forth in subsection (1) of this section continue until the grant program and rebate
program repeal pursuant to section 24-38.5-507.
