Text
As used in this part 5, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Bike share program means a service in which bicycles:
(a)Are made publicly available to multiple users for rent on a short-term
basis; and
(b)May either be picked up in one public location and dropped off at another
public location or be checked out and returned at a single location.
(2)Disproportionately impacted community has the meaning set forth in
section 24-4-109 (2)(b)(II).
(3)Electric bicycle has the same meaning as electrical assisted bicycle
as set forth in section 42-1-102 (28.5). Electric bicycle includes an electric
adaptive bicycle.
(4)Fund means the community access to electric bicycles cash fund
created in section 24-38.5-506 (1)(a).
(5)Grant program means the community access to electric
