Text

(1)On or before July 1, 2020, the office shall develop and implement a communications and stakeholder management plan for interacting with any department, commission, council, board, bureau, committee, institution of higher education, agency, or other governmental unit of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of state government that is billed for the use of the services provided by the office. The office shall enlist vendor services in the development of the plan.
(2)On or before January 1, 2021, the office shall develop a method to annually solicit feedback from every department, commission, council, board, bureau, committee, institution of higher education, agency, or other governmental unit of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of state government that
