Text
(1)The office of state planning
and budgeting shall:
(a)Repealed.
(b)Stimulate and encourage state agencies to engage in long-range and
short-range planning in their respective areas of responsibility with the assistance
of the office of the state architect;
(c)Review and coordinate the planning efforts of state agencies, including
the relationship of such efforts with federal and local governmental programs;
(d)Furnish the office of the state architect and the state agencies with data,
projections, and other technical assistance needed to discharge the state agencies'
planning responsibilities and coordinate the exchange of relevant reports, data, and
projections among state agencies;
(e)From time to time, conduct public hearings to encourage maximum public
