§ 24-37-102 — Office of state planning and budgeting - creation

Colorado·Title 24 Government·Art. Office of State Planning and Budgeting
There is hereby created in the office of the governor an office of state planning and budgeting, the head of which shall be the director of the office of state planning and budgeting, who shall be appointed by the governor and who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.
