Text
(1)The treasury department
shall keep adequate accounts in which shall be recorded all moneys received and
disbursed.
(2)As of the close of business each day, a report of the amount of all
receipts and disbursements during said day shall be furnished to the office of the
state controller; except that the receipts and disbursements shall not be reported
by category as to the several funds created by law and the accounts within such
funds.
