§ 24-34-705 — Penalty
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this
part 7 or who aids in, incites, causes, or brings about in whole or in part the violation
of any of such provisions, for each and every violation thereof, commits a class 2
misdemeanor. The penalty provided by this section shall be an alternative to the
relief authorized by section 24-34-306 (9), and a person who seeks redress under
this section shall not be permitted to seek relief from the commission.
