Text
Upon refusal by a person
to comply with any order, order pursuant to section 24-34-503, or regulation of the
commission, the commission has authority to immediately seek an order in the
district court enforcing the order or regulation of the commission. Such
proceedings shall be brought in the district court in the county in which the
respondent resides or transacts business.
