§ 24-34-505 — Charges by other persons
Any person whose employees,
agents, employers, or principals, or some of them, refuse or threaten to refuse to
comply with the provisions of this part 5 may make, sign, and file with the
commission a verified written charge in duplicate asking the commission for
assistance to obtain their compliance by conciliation or other remedial action.
