Text
Any employer, labor
organization, joint apprenticeship committee, or vocational school whose
employees or members, or some of them, refuse or threaten to refuse to comply
with the provisions of this part 4 may file with the commission a verified written
charge in duplicate asking the commission for assistance to obtain their compliance
by conciliation or other remedial action.
