The agreement entered into
pursuant to section 24-33.5-809 may also contain any other provision not
inconsistent with this part 8 deemed necessary by the office of emergency
management and the adjusting agent for the furnishing of compensation to civil
defense workers and their dependents in accordance with the provisions of this part
8 and the services provided by the adjusting agent. The agreement may be modified
by action of the office of emergency management and the adjusting agent.
