Text
(1)The division may charge a fee in exchange for providing a training program. The
fees charged shall be deposited into the criminal justice training fund created in
subsection (2) of this section.
(2)There is hereby created in the state treasury the criminal justice training
fund, referred to in this section as the fund. All moneys collected pursuant to this
section shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall credit the same to the
fund. The moneys in the fund shall be subject to annual appropriation by the
general assembly for the direct and indirect costs associated with providing
training. Any moneys in the fund not expended for the purpose of this section may
be invested by the state treasurer as provided by law. All interest and income
