Text
Powers vested in agents by this
part 4 shall in no way usurp or supersede the powers of the local sheriffs and police
and other law enforcement officers; except that this limitation shall not apply to
functions of the bureau described in section 24-33.5-412 (1)(c) and (1)(d).
