Text

(1)In addition to the duties and powers of officers of the Colorado state patrol enumerated in this part 2, such officers are granted all powers of sheriffs and other peace officers with respect to the enforcement of all of the laws of this state during and in connection with the Colorado state fair and industrial exposition held annually at Pueblo, Colorado, but such powers shall be exercised only within the grounds and buildings utilized for fair purposes and at the request of the board of commissioners of the Colorado state fair authority.
(2)The powers and jurisdiction granted officers of the Colorado state patrol under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall not supersede the jurisdiction of the sheriff or other peace officers of the county or city within wh
