Text
(1)Upon request,
other agencies of state government, including the department of personnel and the
department of local affairs, shall provide advice and assistance to the division
related to rules adopted pursuant to section 24-33.5-1608 or 24-33.5-1609.
(2)Executive departments and agencies of state government shall
coordinate their homeland security efforts through the division as necessary.
