Text
(1)Upon
request from any state agency, the division shall provide advice and assistance to
the agency related to the agency's compliance with rules adopted pursuant to
sections 24-33.5-1608 and 24-33.5-1609.
(2)The division shall conduct security assessments as needed to evaluate
threats, risks, and compliance with security rules at state facilities.
