Text
(1)The director
shall adopt rules concerning the continuity of state government operations to
provide guidance to state departments and agencies in developing viable and
executable contingency plans for continuity of operations.
(2)In adopting such rules, the director shall use as general guidelines the
plans published by the federal emergency management agency in federal
preparedness circulars 65, 66, and 67, and in the rules promulgated thereunder, as
amended from time to time.
(3)The rules adopted pursuant to this section shall be incorporated as part
of the state emergency operations plan.
