Text

There is hereby created in the state treasury the volunteer firefighter tuition voucher fund, which shall be administered by the division and shall consist of any gifts, grants, or donations from private or public sources that the division is hereby required to seek and accept. All moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the division to be used for the purposes set forth in section 24-33.5-1216. All moneys in the fund at the end of each fiscal year shall be retained in the fund and shall not revert to the general fund or any other fund.
