Text

(1)A person shall not act, assume to act, or advertise as a fire suppression contractor unless the person is registered as a fire suppression contractor with the administrator. A person shall not act, assume to act, or advertise as a residential fire suppression contractor unless the person is registered as either a fire suppression contractor or a residential fire suppression contractor with the administrator.
(2)Any registered fire suppression contractor shall obtain any locally required licenses or permits and comply with local building and fire codes.
(3)Any registered fire suppression contractor shall be responsible for the acts of its agents and employees while acting on behalf of the contractor to sell, advertise, layout, fabricate, install, add to, alter, service, repa
