Text
Any person who fraudulently or
willfully makes a misstatement of fact in connection with an application for
financial assistance under this part 11 and who thereby receives assistance to which
such person is not entitled commits a class 6 felony and shall be punished as
provided in section 18-1.3-401, C.R.S.
