Text
(1)The executive director shall:
(a)Exercise general supervisory control over and coordinate the activities,
functions, and employees of the department;
(b)Supervise the conduct of investigations into the activities of organized
crime and receive allocations of state, federal, or other funds made available for
such purposes.
