Text
(1)There is hereby created
the department of natural resources, the head of which is the executive director of
the department of natural resources.
(2)Whenever any law of this state refers to the division of natural resources,
said law shall be construed as referring to the department of natural resources, and
whenever any law of this state refers to the natural resources coordinator, said law
shall be construed as referring to the executive director of the department of
natural resources.
