§ 24-32-3327 — Inspections

(1)For the purposes of enforcement of this part 33, persons duly designated by the division, upon presenting appropriate credentials to the owner, operator, or agent in charge, are authorized:
(a)To enter at reasonable times and without advance notice any factory, warehouse, or establishment in which manufactured homes, tiny homes, or factory-built structures are manufactured, stored, or held for sale;
(b)To inspect at reasonable times, within reasonable limits, and in a reasonable manner, any factory, warehouse, or establishment in which manufactured homes, tiny homes, or factory-built structures are manufactured, stored, or held for sale and to inspect any books, papers, records, and documents that relate to the safety of manufactured homes, tiny homes, or factory-built stru
