§ 24-32-3323 — Sellers of manufactured homes and tiny homes - registration

(1)Any seller is required to register with the division before engaging in the business of selling manufactured homes or tiny homes if either is installed in Colorado.
(2)A person applying for a registration or renewal required by this section must submit the application on a form provided by the division and must verify the application by a declaration signed and dated, under penalty of perjury, by a principal of the seller. The application must contain, in addition to any other information regarding the conduct of the seller's business that the division may reasonably require, the name, address, email address, and position of each principal of the seller and each person who exercises management responsibilities as part of the seller's business activities.
