§ 24-32-3321 — Investigations of consumer complaints
The division may
investigate complaints filed by owners, occupants, or other consumers relating to
the construction of factory-built structures and manufactured homes, and the
installation or sale of manufactured homes and tiny homes as necessary to enforce
and administer this part 33.
