Text
It shall be unlawful for any person to perform
an installation without regard to whether the person receives compensation, except
as provided in this part 33. Any intentional violation of the installation provisions of
this part 33 constitutes a deceptive trade practice subject to section 6-1-105 (1)(ss)
and the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, article 1 of title 6. However, damages
must be limited in accordance with section 6-1-113 (2.7).
