Text

(1)The Colorado resiliency office is created in the division of local government within the department of local affairs. The head of the office is the director of the Colorado resiliency office. The director of the division of local government shall appoint the director of the office in accordance with section 13 of article XII of the state constitution. The office is a type 2 entity, as defined in section 24-1-105, and exercises its powers and performs its duties and functions under the division and the department.
(2)This section is repealed, effective September 1, 2037. Before its repeal, the Colorado resiliency office is scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.
