As used in this part 7, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1)Department means the department of law.
(2)Repealed.
(3)Review board means the Colorado domestic violence fatality review
board created in section 24-31-702.
(4)Review team means a local or regional domestic violence fatality
review team.
