§ 24-31-403 — Funding
The attorney general may use any custodial funds
recovered as costs and attorney fees under the tobacco settlement agreement to
offset any costs incurred in overseeing and enforcing the tobacco settlement
agreement and the smokeless tobacco settlement agreement.
