§ 24-30-102 — Construction of terms

Colorado·Title 24 Government·Art. Department of Personnel -

On and after July 1, 1995, when any law
of this state refers to the executive director of the department of administration,
said law shall be construed as referring to the executive director of the department
of personnel, also referred to as the state personnel director as specified in section
14 of article XII of the state constitution. When any law of this state refers to the
department of administration, said law shall be construed as referring to the
department of personnel.
