Text

(1)The state treasurer shall prepare and submit to the governor a quarterly report showing the condition of the state treasury, the amount of state moneys on hand and on deposit, the amount of securities held in custody, a list of the funds and accounts carried on the records of the treasury department, and such other information as he may deem appropriate.
(2)He shall furnish information in writing to the governor or either house of the general assembly, whenever requested, upon any subject pertaining to the treasury department or touching upon any duty of his office.
(3)Repealed.
(4)He may issue publications circulated in quantity outside the executive branch of state government in accordance with the provisions of section 24-1-136.
