§ 24-21-632 — Repeal of part - review of functions
This part 6 is repealed,
effective September 1, 2031. Before the repeal, the licensing functions of the
licensing authority and the functions of the Colorado charitable gaming board in the
department of state are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.
