Text
Every licensee and every officer, agent,
or employee of the licensee and every other person or corporation who willfully
violates or who procures, aids, or abets in the willful violation of this part 6 commits
a petty offense and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-503; except
that, if the underlying factual basis of the violation constitutes a crime as defined
by any other provision of law, then the person may be charged, prosecuted, and
punished in accordance with such other provision of law.
