Text
The licensing
authority and its agents have power to examine or cause to be examined the books
and records of any licensee to which any license is issued pursuant to this part 6
insofar as they may relate to any transactions connected with activities under the
license. The licensing authority may require by rule that licensees that have failed
to keep proper books and records, or to maintain their books and records in
accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, adopt certain internal
financial controls and attend training to ensure the integrity of the reporting of
games of chance activities pursuant to this part 6.
