§ 24-21-615 — Persons permitted to conduct games of chance - form of bingo-raffle licenses - display

(1)A person, firm, or organization within this state shall not conduct a game of chance without a bingo-raffle license issued by the licensing authority. Only an active member of the organization to which the bingo-raffle license is issued may hold, operate, or conduct games of chance under a license issued under this part 6, and a person shall not assist in the holding, operating, or conducting of any games of chance under a bingo-raffle license except an active member or a member of an organization or association that is an auxiliary to the licensee, a member of an organization or association of which the licensee is an auxiliary, or a member of an organization or association that is affiliated with the licensee by being, with it, auxiliary to another organization or associatio
